Two, 60 minute, live sessions.
Tues, June 9th @ 12pm & 7 pm
Ready to go deeper?
Most of us live on autopilot—reacting, rushing, and feeling pulled in a hundred directions, all with very littler awareness.
This session offers a real pause. An opportunity to reconnect with your mind and body—and come back to yourself.
During this hour, you’ll be introduced to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)—the gold-standard, 8 week, evidence-based, mindfulness program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and taught in hospitals, clinics, and organizations around the world.
In this session, you’ll experience mindfulness directly—not as a concept, but as a practice.
WHY MBSR?
What you’ll experience
A guided mindfulness practice (no experience needed)
A clear explanation of how MBSR works

About your instructor
Claudio Barrientos, LCSW
Mindfulness-Based Therapist & MBSR Instructor
My path into mindfulness began in 2010—initially as a way to navigate stress, and eventually as a deeper way to understand my mind. Over time, that practice led me to formal training and certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through Brown University.
Today, mindfulness isn’t something I teach separately, it’s how
I guide, listen, and support others. My approach is grounded, practical, and rooted in direct experience—helping you build a different relationship with stress, thoughts, and emotions in your everyday life.
WHY MINDFULNESS
Stress isn’t always the problem.
But getting caught up in it can be.
Mindfulness allows us to step back - and see clearly.
MBSR helps you:
Step out of automatic reactions
Improve focus and mental clarity
Reduce anxiety and overwhelm
Regulate emotions more effectively
Build a more grounded presence in daily life
