This 60 — minute session offers a pause.

You’ll be introduced to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)—an evidence-based program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and taught in hundreds of hospitals, clinics, and organizations around the world.

In this session, you’ll experience mindfulness directly — not as a concept, but as a practice.
