These sessions are not therapy. They’re replenishment. A reminder that your nervous system matters too.

Mental health professionals and caregivers who want a consistent, restorative pause each month. Ideal for those seeking to prevent burnout, reconnect with themselves, and sustain their capacity to care for others.
You’ll Learn To
A 15 — 20 minute guided
mindfulness practice
A 5 — 10 minute psychoeducation
segment or reflection prompt
Optional sharing and community connection
What to Expect
No preparation required just show up as you are. Whether you’re between sessions, on your lunch break, or winding down your day, this is a space to step out of doing mode and into being mode.
