As a therapist, social worker, or mental health professional, you give a lot to your clients, friends, family and community, The purpose of this monthly mindfulness gathering is to give something back to yourself.
It is designed to be a gentle and welcoming space for pausing, resting, and recharging.


These sessions are not therapy. They’re replenishment. A reminder that your nervous system matters too.
Thirty minutes of slowing down, and caring for yourself through mindfulness-based techniques.

Who It’s For

Mental health professionals and caregivers who want a consistent, restorative pause each month. Ideal for those seeking to prevent burnout, reconnect with themselves, and sustain their capacity to care for others.

My name is Claudio Barrientos. I am a social worker, therapist, MBSR Qualified teacher, and digital nomad. I look forward to meeting you and creating this community of mental health professionals.
