At Calma, our mindfulness-based groups, workshops, and retreats are designed to help you build practical skills and connect with others navigating the same challenges.
Maybe that means joining “Strong Back, Soft Front,” a men’s group for grounding and emotional strength. Or “Breaking the Anxiety Cycle” where you’ll learn mindfulness skills to calm the mind and break free from anxious patterns. Perhaps it’s a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) workshop you can bring into your daily life, or a retreat in Spain that gives you
the chance to reset completely.

Reduce stress, build resilience, and reconnect with your life in this evidence based program created by Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn. Each week combines mindfulness meditation, body awareness, gentle yoga, and group reflection. Led by a Qualified MBSR Instructor trained at Brown University.
