At Calma, our mindfulness-based groups, workshops, and retreats are designed to help you build practical skills and connect with others navigating the same challenges.

Maybe that means joining “Strong Back, Soft Front,” a men’s group for grounding and emotional strength. Or “Breaking the Anxiety Cycle” where you’ll learn mindfulness skills to calm the mind and break free from anxious patterns. Perhaps it’s a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) workshop you can bring into your daily life, or a retreat in Spain that gives you
the chance to reset completely.

Wherever you choose to start, you’ll find science-backed tools, supportive community, and space to grow.

Mindfulness, Presence & Emotional Strength for Men

Breaking the Anxiety Cycle

Break the cycle of anxiety with a science backed, mindfulness-based approach. Based on the research of psychiatrist and neuroscientist Dr. Judson Brewer, this group helps you understand and unwind the anxiety habit loop so you can respond with more ease, clarity, and compassion.

8 Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Reduce stress, build resilience, and reconnect with your life in this evidence based program created by Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn. Each week combines mindfulness meditation, body awareness, gentle yoga, and group reflection. Led by a Qualified MBSR Instructor trained at Brown University.

Monthly Self-Care for Therapists

A monthly mindfulness circle for therapists, social workers, and helping professionals. A space to pause, reflect, and return to yourself. Includes guided mindfulness, a brief teaching or reflection prompt, and space for optional sharing.
