You're Doing Everything Right. But Something Still Feels Off.

Maybe you’re holding it together outside, but your mind won’t stop racing, your sleep is off, and your body won’t settle. You're replaying the past, dreading the future, and second-guessing the present.

You've pulled back from partner, friends, and self. This isn't a breakdown—it's a signal that you're ready for a shift.

Calma Therapy offers a new way forward. A space to slow down, get honest, and face what’s hard. Not by fixing it, but by facing it—with presence, clarity, and professional support.

You might resonate with this work if:

You look capable on the outside, but feel overwhelmed underneath

Your mind is constantly overthinking, second-guessing, replaying

You’re successful, but something still feels off or unsatisfying

You feel disconnected — from yourself, your partner, or your life

You’ve tried to “figure it out” on your own, but keep hitting the same patterns

While I specialize in men's mental health, I welcome all adults who resonate with this grounded, science-based approach. If you're seeking a deeper relationship with yourself - one rooted in awareness, clarity,
and authenticity - you're welcome here.

Questions You Might
Be Asking

  • Calm, collaborative, grounded. I won’t push you into quick fixes. I help you notice what’s actually happening, develop emotional clarity, and shift patterns that no longer serve you.

  • No. While I specialize in men’s mental health issues, I welcome all adults who resonate with this mindfulness-informed approach to therapy.

  • If you live in North Carolina or Texas, Calma Online provides licensed therapy via telehealth. If you’re located elsewhere, you may be able to work with me through Calma Coaching, which offers mindfulness-based support and skills for growth.

  • Weekly to begin. We can adjust over time based on your needs and goals

  • It’s a thoughtful, structured conversation. We explore your current concerns, background, and intentions for therapy.

  • Calma Therapy is experiential, not just conversational. I use evidence-based approaches that work with the nervous system, attention, and behavior — not just analysis

  • Sometimes — but only if it feels helpful for you. My approach to mindfulness isn’t about long 30-minute sits unless that’s something you want. Instead, I focus on short, practical “micro-practices” you can weave into your day — a few breaths before a meeting, noticing tension in your shoulders, or pausing when emotions run high. These moments of awareness build clarity and steadiness without adding pressure. Together, we’ll use mindfulness as a flexible tool to support your goals, not as a rigid requirement.
